その想いは世代を超えてー
魂によりつむがれた神話の物語。
ファンタジーRPG、アガレスト戦記
That thought passes beyond generations…
Tale of legend spun by soul.
Fantasy RPG, Record of Agarest War.
(I hope my translation is correct :p)
This game is schedule to be released at 27 September 2007 in Japan, exclusive for Playstation 3 console. This game introduces Soul Breeding system, in which the player must capture the heart of the game’s heroines to create successor. When you successfully breed with your chosen heroine, a “special” movie (echi? who knows :p) will be played, and afterwards the new successor is revealed, the successor stat is based on your stat and the heroine you select for breeding.

Leonheart, the main hero
Agarest war lets explore five continents over five generations. During each generation the player has to travel through all five continents, defeating bosses and aiming for a seal pillar. The game’s battles will be turn-based. Depending on which heroine the player chooses to become his partner, the looks and abilities of their offspring, that is the next generation’s protagonist, will change.
The genre of this game is isometric turn based JRPG (my most favorite genre), which is similar with disgaea series.

Some of the in game screen shots taken from dengeki online.

There is no news regarding English localization, so I guess this game will never be translated to English. I need to improve my japanese to play this game >_<
Visit the official website (Japanese) for more information.

Idea Factory is now getting the idea XD
Pretty interesting idea, too bad it isn’t actually H >.<
I don’t have a PS3, but this would be one of the games I’d be looking forward to if I had one =/

garr i thought it was H…
but i think i would get this game depending on my disposable income…
getting too many stuff.
i added you already ron. sorry about the delay. been busy T_T
reason:-
Australia hated me and i got deported from Melbourne (graduated and got a job in Malaysia as an Auditor actually :p). For the first week, I didn’t have a adsl connection
When i got my connection up and ready, I still have a lot of things to settle therefore i didn’t get to assemble my PS3.
When I did get to my PS3 up and running, my old 10 year old TV (Sony Triton) can’t recognised the colours transmitted by PS3…
Got mad, didn’t want to play PS3 until i found a solution. I moved my brother’s tv to my room for the time being since he is in another state LOL.
anyway i added you already ^_^
did you download the white knight demo? get it from the JP PSN

thanks man, sorry to hear you got deported…
did you use the component cable when you connect your ps3 to the triton? if so you have to change the component cable transmission setting in ps3. from YUV to RGB (or RGB to YUV, check your tv spec)
going to download shirokishi tonight, thanks for telling

haha I will be back to melbourne sooner than expected by 2010!
Joined one of the big four in Auditing in Malaysia tough to get a job in Melbourne in the big four) and once I pass my CPA , I will come terror Melbourne once again. Beware of Kira and embrace my juice!
yea i did, amazingly the interface had some colors.
triton can’t recognized the colours from new games like ninja gaiden sigma.
I wanted to buy a new 32″ HDMI Sony Bravia which cost about AUD1000. Fairly decent i think in terms of price but sadly customs (my father) don’t approve and won’t allow it to come to my room -_-;
