Have you ever tried Oekaki?
Oekaki is the Japanese term to describe the act of drawing, meaning “doodle or scribble” (wiki). The term Oekaki outside Japan is more known as the act of drawing pictures inside directly in the web browsers.
Lately I spent my boring time at work doing oekaki (:p), and decided to add Oekaki feature in here.
I put up an Otakaki (Otadesho Oekaki), which you can find on the top menu (Otakaki) or from otadesho.com/oekaki.
You don’t need to make account to draw, It’s like commenting posts, you just need to put in your nickname 
Feel free to draw things there, as long as it’s anime related and the content is safe for work
Also you can see animation of the oekaki process, click my above oekaki drawings to see the animations. (You need to have browser with Java Applet enabled, and Java Virtual Machine installed in your PC to be able to draw and see the animations)
I use shipainter for the drawing board and made the php interface. Also I’m thinking of adding comment feature for the drawings Comment feature added

Wow. Even I who live in Japan didn’t know that. お絵かき, hm, this could be something (rival?) for Adobe.

Oekaki is more like doodling/scribbling rather than doing professional work

I drew a picture of Nagisa all like (T_T) because KyoAni deprived her of a kiss scene with Tomoya.
Also seems like vista hates oekaki applets now so…i dont really draw on thos much anymore nor do I put much effort because its so annoying to do so nowdays

hehe cute Aria (athena glory?) pic. My drawing skills are not that good on paper much less on a pc with a mouse/tablet >< The best I can do is to copy a picture -_-

I can’t draw on the computer. I can vector though. I can draw with a pencil or pen. It’s a really cute drawing.
