Patches are available for Pokemon Fire Red (FR) and Leaf Green (LG). You can download the patch file from this site (Japanese). You need an IPS patcher and the Japanese Pokemon ROM to apply the patch (won’t work on non Japanese pokemon ROMs). Can’t help you more with this because I don’t have the ROMs, so good luck!
