Still enjoying my holiday atm. Spending times with my family here in Indonesia, Surabaya to be exact. If you live around here and have time to meet me, please send me an email (ron at otadesho dot com)
I won’t be updating this blog and checking other blogs untill I go back to Melbourne next week (15th Sept). ^^

日本に行くぞう!!
Very busy this week and last week; I have to finish all my projects at work, because I’m going to Japan this Wednesday evening. Going to arrive at Tokyo Narita Airport Thursday morning
this time I’m not going solo tho, going there with 2 friends (danie, and one is non blogger).
Going to be there untill the 1st of September. So far my only schedules are: attending Comiket (15) Friday, (16) Saturday, and (17) Sunday, and Animelo (30) Saturday and (31) Sunday. So expect to see some coverage in this blog
I’m going to use this helpful akiba event August guide to fill in my empty schedules. There are several interesting events, like Shonen Jumps Expo, Robot anime expo etc
I’ll try to do 1 more figurine photo before I leave on Wednesday
Play-asia is having 25% for most of all in stock items (minus items that just got released in the last 30 days). The offer expires at 20th July.
The only downside is that you can’t use coupons if you have these discounted items in your cart. So it’s time to buy those under $50 items that you want
They also have Shuraki 02 and Shuraki 05 on sale too
Click here to read more information about Play-Asia sale.
Been a while since i did my last post, busy with many things at the moment ^^;
I read some post about people room in danny choo’s site and decided to take mine
I don’t put all my stuff in my bedroom tho, most of my stuffs are in my lounge/living room, so I’ll take pictures of both my living room and my bedroom

Have you ever tried Oekaki?
Oekaki is the Japanese term to describe the act of drawing, meaning “doodle or scribble” (wiki). The term Oekaki outside Japan is more known as the act of drawing pictures inside directly in the web browsers.
Lately I spent my boring time at work doing oekaki (:p), and decided to add Oekaki feature in here.
Play-Asia is having Year of Rate Big Sale, they have huge selections of figurine for sale. Click this link to see their discounted list of figurines.
They even have this new Max Factory’s 1/8 Wendy figurine for sale
It’s only $39.90 now ($15 off) in Play-Asia.
Plenty of good figurines. Go check it out.
Happy 1 year anniversary otadesho.com.
一年の記念日おめでとうotadesho.com !
Today, 16th January 2008, marks 1 year since I posted my 1st post in this blog. This blog name wasn’t otadesho.com at that time, it was otaku@melbindo.com (since it was hosted in my other domain melbindo.com ^^). I moved the blog to dedicated server and name it otadesho.com on the 1st May 2007 :D.
I want to give my thanks to all readers and fellow bloggers (too long to list ^^), and especially to HappySoda that inspired me to do figurine photograph (and blogging it).

Found interesting Java Script/Flash based fate tiger clock, made by Capcom. To add the clock to your site, just copy and paste the code to your html page or wordpress widget.
Code:
<script src="http://www.otadesho.com/files/fate_clock/fateclock.js" language="JavaScript"></script>
<script language="JavaScript">show_clock("saber");</script>
More characters after the jump.

After reading Moe Moe Rabu, Hontouni Taihen Desu and Moyism doing their 2007 expense review, I decided to calculate my 2007 expense, and to my surprise, I did spend a lot in 2007…..
note: All calculations are in Australia Dollar:
It’s that time of the year again! 7 November, one year older, but one year younger at heart
Happy birthday to me

And also I made PS3 Game Agarest Senki (or Record of Agarest War) English Guide, you can find it from the left side bar, or just click here :). It will be work in progress, while I’m playing the game ^^

Play Asia is having summer discount, all stock discounted by 20% (excluding stock released in the last 30 days). The offer expires at 12th July. Time to do some winter (hey it’s winter in here :p) shopping!

Read or Die! er I mean Ring of Death!
I found an interesting article My PS3 just killed 360.
The article tells story about how Xbox 360 died because it can’t stand the heat generated from itself + PS3 when you put them together in a closed environment.
I couldn’t resist to get one, PS3 was launched in Australia at Friday, 23rd March 2007, and I bought mine at Saturday 24th :p

PS3 cost me A$987, with 2 games and another controller the total adds up to around A$1244 @_@ Bought Enchanted Arms, japan RPG game, and Virtua Fighter 5 (bought VF5 and the controller on the next day).
This thing is huge, the machine alone is 7kg heavy. worst part is that Sony only include the composite cable (normal AV cable, 3 jacks, red white yellow), but anyway, JB (store where I bought the PS3) gave me HDMI cable for free, which is quite nice :D.
