It’s been a week since my last post, and this one is going to be the longest post so far :D. This is my rant about the availability of authentic anime figurines in here, Melbourne (Australia). There aren’t many shop that sell official anime figurines, and if they do, the price is quite expensive, about double than the original price.

The only shops that I knew sell authentic figurines are Minotaur, EB Games and Hobby Japan (not related to Hobby Link Japan/HLJ). Other shops are selling mostly bootlegged figurines….

A little bit different with the original one, but I like this one better

Just bought ikea Detolf glass cabinet today, not that cheap, costed me A$179 and another A$25 for the halogen lamp :O, Ikea singapore sells Detolf only S$99 (or around A$89), and Ikea US sells only US$59, don’t know why australia’s one is so expensive ><

The cabinet is very nice, it has magnets on the glass door, easy to build, but… it’s very heavy (45 kg!!!!!), the cabinet stand nicely beside my computer desk going to replace the gashapon with figurine when I get more :p

Second parcel from HLJ has arrived this morning, the box is huge, Yuukanalia alone filled 80% of the box… took 19 days shipping (SAL) for the box to arrive, and costed me total of 12066 yen (the shipping cost alone was 1780 yen), around A$133.

The box contained Max Factory 1/6 Yuukanalia priced 6476 yen from Kikou Majutsushi enchanter manga , and I have no idea what is it :p, and Good Smile Company Nendoroid Hetare Saber from Fate/Stay Night priced 3810 yen.
