‹ Game Preview: Cross Edge ~ PS3 •
1/8 Pastel Ink Popup vignette, made by Good Smile Company, from the Moetan series. So far this is one of the most complicated figurine to assemble.. (which was held by char rhousemann before..). BUT one thing to say for this figurine, SUGOKU KAWAII~. Best GSC figurine ever created so far :O
The quality of this figurine is superior good, the sculpt and the painting are exceptional! (spots from the picture is actually dust from my camera, it’s not from the figurine
)
the ribbons are detachable, very pretty, but also a little fragile ^^;
Her hand is exchangeable. She comes with 2 right hands. One hand to hold the wand, and the other one for holding nothing.
She comes with 2 bases, one is ordinary plain blue base and the other one is customized base. The customized base, is the best base I’ve ever seen since my collecting days… huge, detailed, and pretty! the left jellyfish, ark-kun and the surfer are detachable.
and also putting ark-kun there is that easy…, when you do it, insert the peg to ark kun first before you plug it to the base.
The book is very detailed, you can read the text (click the image to see larger image). It’s the japanese english learning book. You can see the explanation “figure”, “hobby”, “collect”, “wonder”, and “witch”.
Overall this figurine is nice, a must buy. BEST figurine quality I’ve ever seen
another great job done by Good Smile.

she’s a lovely figure, i’ev been debating getting her for some time. I ended up canceling the last order i made thats attached to my last post $162 for one figure was way too much. And since i have no figures for May she might be one to get. Btw if you end up finding a good sensor cleaner let me know i’m in desperate need of one now.

I am not sure if it is possible to go any further in cuteness haha ^^ or maybe the nendoroid version of Pastel Ink? I’ll grab this last one, but am still hesitating about the 1/8 one.
The base is incredibely full of details (funny to see those definitions on the book hehe), but looks massive.
I found this nice site explaining how to clean correctly your camera.
Personally, I use the Sensor Swabs solution described in this site. Works very well for me (sorry for putting a link, but that’s the best way I found to describe how I process hehehe not very familiar with technical terms in english ^^)
Hope it will help.

Wow that’s a pretty huge diorama base for the figure. Still suits Pastel Ink very well but I can imagine that being pretty heavy as well. Though not really a fan of the Moetan series, but still, very cute.
To clean my sensor, I use an handheld blower to blow dust off as I haven’t had the need for proper cleaning, despite the fact I change lenses quite often.

Look at all that detail in the diorama. It must have been a pain for GSC to paint and detail all of that stuff. Definitely looks to be worth every penny. Hope you enjoy your ero loli figure. ^_^

It is the most attractive photo of Pastel INK that I saw to now.
The pink background is of the most beautiful effect.
