‹ Back from holiday~ Tokyo Travel Summary •
I’ve been looking this figurine back in July, but gave up, no online store sells this one.. but finally I manage to get this figurine. This figurine was released at the end of June 2007, together with the white version, both are limited version. HLJ, or hobby search never have this figurine =\. I bought this figurine at K-Books in akihabara, few weeks ago. Her original price is 6825 yen, but the cheapest I found in akiba was at K-Books which was 10500 yen, there are only 2 shops sell her, the other one sell her for 12000 yen.
Asuka’s upper arm and shoulder are very sexy
The paint quality of this figurine is mediocre, not bad, but not good either.
The white version comes with summer hat, and the black version comes with roses.
She has nice long legs ^^
I really like this figurine, eventho this one is not the best, but she is the best Asuka figurine

The sun dress version looks nicer lol. But you can get them in a pair. Black for tsun tsun, yellow for dere dere.

A tripod is a must for DSLR, unless you are photographing outside like I do. You’ll also need to work on your depth of field as a lot of your photos are out of focus. But of course, this could be due to the camera’s automatic focus.
I like what you have done with the use of a black background. Since Asuka’s dress is black, it appears that she blending in into the blackness, yet you can still notice her presence.

Thats quite an expensive figure if you ask me, the price isn’t adequate for the figure, she should have a lower price. But since she’s on high demand I can understand it.
I would love to visit Akiba one day but I wouldn’t go alone, afraid to get lost

that’s a very nice looking Asuka. I always wanted to get either Asuka or Rei, or both, but till now I have yet to get one, maybe I am too picky :D. I like pic no. 8, the shoulder is just so sexy :). How’s the D40 btw, I am looking around for a better camera, but still not sure to go straight for a DSLR or just get something like the Canon S5

Whoa, that’s a lot, but I hear you. Sometimes when I see something after thinking it’s no longer available, I’m willing to saw off an arm and a leg to get it.
