‹ [10/5 update!] Animelo 2008 announced! •
Kokonoe Rin, from Kodomo no Jikan. The first Polo System (removable clothing) figurine created by Max Factory. Old figurine, but just got the chance to take her picture today 
Bought this figurine on October 2007 (re-release, missed the Dec 06 initial release). There are two version of this figurine, this one and the one wearing blue bloomer (2006 Summer Wonder Festival Limited edition).
The quality of this figurine is good, as expected from Max Factory, the only complain I have about this figurine is the pose..
The hair is nicely done, one of the best hair sculpt and paint I’ve seen
The polo system is used for her blue pants. Which makes the blue short pants removable.

Overall this figurine is nice, must buy if you like Kodomo no Jikan series (which will get second season).
Taking picture for this figurine is quite challenging because of her position. I need to re-adjust my lightings several times to avoid creating glare/reflection on her eyes.

Awesome pictures ron~! with that intense dark b/g. I’d never thought the original base could produce those little reflections.
But why are you complaining about the pose? ^^ it is perfect and really in the mood of this provocative little girl
I also grabbed mine from the October re-release, and I am fond of it.
And good to read there will be a second season!

rin is a cute figure, i missed both releases for her sadly. i know that you can also remove her top but you have to cut it off, i’m not one to destroy my figures and i doubt you are either… it does looks like it was a difficult pose to work with but you did a great job!

Nice grab, I think I grabbed my Rin sometime in ‘06 and back then I didn’t know anything about Kodomo no Jikan or release dates and pretty much just grabbed anything that I fancied ^^
Like lu-k, I thought her pose is pretty nice though, even though the friend who was with me when I bought her didn’t quite think so ^^;

Wonderful job with the lighting. It came out really nice!
Overall, I like the pose; there’s just so much going on, and the little details really bring out the best in this figure. I could see how the pose can be hard to work with though.
I’m so glad this is getting a second season.

The pictures focused the essence of this figure indeed ^^. I don’t want to sound weird but how much ISO did you use to take these pictures? They seem a bit noisy, one thing I don’t like in my camera is when I have to use ISOs above 400 they all get noisy since it doesn’t have the noise reduction function.
Hehe if you have a dirty mind you can take really awkward pictures with this figure with a gundam in hand HAHAHAHAHA

@belela-san: took them with ISO 200, I think the jpeg compression also add more noise to the images.
haha that’s why I don’t like her pose, I like the cuteness not the pose ._.

Doesn’t seem that noisy to me. But I like the cuteness very much. It’s like one of those ‘Opps-I-dropped-my-book-let-me-pick-it-up-and-my-pantsu -is-showing’ kind of cute ^^:
