Wave’s 3rd School Rumble series figurine, which also the last figurine. You can see part 1 Yakumo here, and part 2 Tenma here. I like Yakumo and Tenma figurine more than this one, she just looks plain :p and I like her more with twin tails
Her face sculpt is quite nice, compared to GSC Eri and Alter Eri, this one hast the most similarity with the anime Eri, but the paint quality GSC and Alter are both superior compared to wave.
She comes with alternate hand and removable school jacket, which is quite nice.
I do feel that she is a lil bit too skinny, but still she has nice legs :p
Overall she is decent, not the best but still OK..
I find that Alter’s Eri is still overall better (bikini!), but still.. I wish Alter’s Eri has nicer face sculpt
Size Comparison
actually she isn’t that small, as you can see in this picture, the 1/10s size is almost as big as the 1/8 dark saber.
Intermezzo
After 10 hours nonstop of Tsukihime yesterday, I came up with this… :p guess from which school rumble scene this one adapted from

ps: I’m still experimenting with the post-processing, this one is abit sharper than the previous one, but somehow I feel the effect makes the contrast abit too strong.
pss: and yeah, the background paper isn’t clear dark green, it has some noises on it already ^^;

lol, good ol’ Tsukihime and it’s ONScripter engine XD
I appreciate your experimentation but I’m really not a fan of the effect you’re using for these pictures~ I can’t tell if it’s the post processing or if it’s camera that makes it feel blurry.
But then again, if you’re going for the dreamy look then it’s perfect I guess XD

it’s the post processing that makes them blurry ^^; the image still as sharp as the original (see at her eyes, still sharp) but it has second layer beneath with blur effect, and yah actually I’m going for the dreamy look ^^

Oh, well in that case it looks pretty good XD
Perhaps you could try using a more softer colour in the background? like pastels or some lightly patterned paper? I dunno if it’ll look good tho ^^;;

The quality of the entire line seems to be so-so, nothing too spectacular to be spending money on =\ , i’m sure there will be better figures in the future for the School Rumble series.
even if money isn’t the problem…sometimes, space is a premium

yah, not enough figurines for school rumble fans
even the big names (alter, gsc) fail to deliver high quality school rumble figurines >_<

Most of the School Rumble figures that are out don’t really appeal to me. Though I do have a Tenma from WAY back made by Kotobukiya I think.

Nice pics ~ I like the blur effect. It’s always nice to try new things.
I’m with ya for better quality School Rumble figures. I’ve got Tenma & Eri from GSC and they’re far from perfect.
If only Alter had made Eri’s face better, she would have been perfect.
